Looking to improve on the past year’s success, we are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced salespeople to join the team.

Business Development Telesales

(upto 24k basic, OTE 34k+)

Business Development Manager

(upto 40k basic, OTE 60k+)

Responsibilities include:

· Proactively identifying & securing new accounts as well as managing & developing existing accounts

· Developing a healthy pipeline of projects to ensure consistency in performance & sales wins

· To sell & position Matrix IP at various levels within partner & end user accounts

· Achieve strategic, financial & relationship objectives within target accounts

Background required:

· Good knowledge of IT,network infrastructure, cabling, ip cctv/access control & audio visual environments

· A proven ability to build & develop credible long term business relationships

· Ability to understand communications solutions within enterprise & datacenter markets

· An achiever, target driven, highly self motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
